As part of our commitment to these principles, we have made an important decision regarding our crypto exchange support. In order to align with regulatory requirements and comply with the highest standards, we will be discontinuing support for crypto exchanges that are not registered with the French regulator AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers). This article aims to provide you with all the necessary information and instructions regarding this update.
Changes in Exchange Support
Effective immediately, our trading bots will no longer be compatible with the following exchanges: Huobi, Bitmex, and Bitget. We understand that this may impact some of our clients who have been utilizing these exchanges for their trading activities.
Action Required
If you are currently using Huobi, Bitmex, or Bitget exchanges with b-cube.ai, we kindly request that you take the following actions:
Close All Positions: It is important to close all open positions on Huobi, Bitmex, and Bitget exchanges. Failure to do so may result in automatic closure of remaining positions on July 6th, 2023. Moreover, we ask you to delete the API keys you created for the purpose of connecting your account.
