Futures Trading Bots will stop for French Citizens and Residents
Dear BCUBEIANS,
We regret to inform you that from August 1st, 2022 French citizens cannot use our Futures trading bot services anymore. The reason behind this decision is that our company is applying for a DASP registration and one of the requirements is we cannot offer such services to French and other citizens living in France.
The DASP (Digital Asset Service Provider) registration is a new regulatory framework for companies providing services related to digital assets in France. As part of this process, we are required to implement certain measures to comply with the requirements of the DASP registration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your understanding.
From August 1st, 15:30 CEST, the Futures trading bots of these clients will stop working. This does not apply to Spot trading bots including the Bulls & Bears Altcoin Bot.
Obtaining the DASP registration is a long-awaited milestone for the company and we must follow the rules set by the French Financial Markets Authority AMF. The DASP registration will allow us to better serve our clients and offer them a wider range of products and services. We are confident that this move will be beneficial for all parties involved, and we look forward to offering these new services in the near future.
In the near future, b-cube.ai will launch new Spot trading bots in addition to our Bulls & Bears Altcoin bot. Trading bots designed for Spot trading will be able to be used by French citizens and residents alike.
